With over 20 years of experience in the mining and industrial construction industry, Dan has a proven trajectory of mentoring supply chain teams, managing capital projects, and developing business strategies. Dan has a stellar record of maintaining vendor relationships, directing cross-functional teams, and reducing purchasing costs. His expertise in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, executing logistics procedures, and evaluating suppliers’ performance has led to his success in developing purchasing policies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Jeff Winegar

Chief Revenue Officer/General Manager

Jeff has extensive experience in retail and enterprise business operations, sales, marketing, along with strong P/L management. Throughout his career, Jeff has provided the strategy and vision for business growth. He continuously advocates for the successful use of the latest technology to positively change processes and achieve business goals. A highly respected executive known for his entrepreneurial mindset and track record of unlocking sustainable value, Justin has held senior leadership roles in several major multinational organizations. His experience spans executive management, strategy development, ESG leadership, global recycling operations, treasury and capital structure optimization, investor relations, and large‑scale business integration.  Justin brings a collaborative leadership style, a passion for innovation, and a strong commitment to building high‑performing, values‑driven organizations.
